1. Im not going to lie the skills I have been using in this class is are not new to me. On the other hand the way I am using these skills are new. This is useful to the education career field becuase you have to create test, newsletters, grade books, and a host other task that are made one hundred times more better and faster using technology on a computer.
2. I am really glade im taking this class because it is making me think about what it is a teacher really does outside of just teaching. I never thought about the time you put in making grade books and simple quiz's, but now I know. If it was not for this class then i would have found out the hard way and it could have been a little hard on me.
3. As far as chapter 4, becuase I am apart of the computer generation things like output, input, and storage are nothing new to me. The details behind the information provided are useful, I did not know about things like magnetic disk are apart of storage media. In all though the terms talked about in this chapter are things I grow up with.

Thank you for your candid comments..I am sure you can explore more about these programs while you are taking this class and walk away with more than you bargained for..Be curious and explore the different functions with WORD, EXCEL and Powerpoint

I agree with you on being glad to take this class because it is helping me think about what a teacher really does do outside of the class.
I am also not new to computers but I am not used to using the technical names to things such as input and output devices; if anything this class is broadening my computer vocabulary.
Yeah, I never truly appreciated the amount of outside work a teacher has to do until now..
